Meet The Team


Keith has been involved in welding & fabrication for 35+ years. He takes care of the running of the workshop & various site installs. During his career he has worked on a large number of complicated steel structures / staircases & various architectural metal works. He is focused on quality & customer service.


Marcus has been involved in the industry for over 40 years. He started his career as an apprentice fabricator welder. He went on to be involved in the erection of steel frames, staircases & architectural metal work. He also installed the cladding envelopes of the steel frames. For the last 20 years, he has been concentrating on the surveying & design of  all the above. In general he deals with our surveying & design of our projects. That said he does get "hands on" with some of our more complicated installs.


Ashley is Keith's son. He started as an apprentice at the company Keith previously worked for. He followed his father into the business. He is very focused on accuracy & is a very well organised young man. Ashley is fully involved in the workshop & on site. He also making his first steps down the design route. All in all is a very able young tradesman.


Tracey is Keith's wife.  Tracey has a administration background. She deals with the financial & administrative side of the business. she has recently come on board full time after working 19 years for a double glazing company & prior to that, many years on a building supplier trade counter.


Charlie has been involved in fabrication & welding for 35+ years. The main part working along side Keith on the project mentioned. Charlie brings a wealth of experience & a common sense of "lets get it done" approach to our team.


Terry is our "swiss army Knife". He has involvement in so many different aspects of the business. He can be found in the workshop fabricating, on site installing or out collecting or delivering in our truck. He prides himself on his customer relations when delivering on site. He too has the "lets get this done" attitude.
